Follow the crowds: 4-H Fair

We tend to find fun things, unplanned stops, weird events on the road. Once, between Detroit and Chicago, we followed some cars and found ourselves at a county 4-H fair. Kids and teenagers exhibiting and showing their dear pets and farm companions. Showing their skills and testing knowledge. Pigs, pidgeons, sheep, goat, cows, bunnies, ponies, horses.. The lesson learned? Don’t hurry. Purchase a traditional map, all navigators make your life boring. They have their place, but only if you can’t read the map. Or need to get from place A to B in dark.

Follow crowds: if you suddenly notice crowds in the middle of nowhere, you’ll find something by following.
